UK Shipping

Our standard shipping rate is £5.50 for items with a value of £10.01-£74.99.  Items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Service (no signature).  You will be notified of your tracking number by email.  

For items with a value up to £10.00, the cost will be £3.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class.  

We offer free UK shipping for all orders over £75.00.  Items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Service (no signature).  You will be notified of your tracking number by email.  

We aim to dispatch within 2-4 working days but during busy periods, this may take longer

International Shipping

We are currently unable to ship outside the UK.  

Returns

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if any item is defective, damaged or incorrect.   

We have a 14 day return policy to request a refund or return of your order.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.  Please ensure you use the original packaging materials and a tracked shipping method to return your item(s).
