Your satisfaction is really important to us, so if you have any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@theburningbutterfly.co.uk or via the Contact Us page.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if any item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We have a 14 day return policy to request a refund or return of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Please ensure you use the original packaging materials and a tracked shipping method to return your item(s).  Unless the item you received is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for any return postage costs.
