A lovely brown salt glazed Goody & Co vintage stoneware bottle. These bottles were made in the 19th Century for storing lemonade, soda or ginger beer. It now looks perfect styled on a shelf on its own or with other vintage bottles.
The words 'Goody & Co' are stamped on the front together with a makers mark at the bottom. The maker's mark is F Brayne & Co, Bromley-by-Bow. The word Leyton is stamped on the back of the neck.
The bottle has many imperfections due to its age so please check photos carefully.
